DEL LOCKE

Del was born and raised in Amarillo, Texas. He joined the Navy after high school and served aboard USS Jenkins. His home port was at Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. If you get a minute, ask him about the time he saw atomic bomb blasts at Johnson Island!
In 1964 Del received severe hearing damage and was honorably discharged from the Navy. Del comes from a family of painters – grandfather, dad, stepdad, uncle, and cousins – and has been painting since his teens when he made time during weekends and summers. Del established his business, DLocke Inc., in 1989. In the intervening years, Del’s working relationships have included projects at the VA Hospital and Pantex Plant under a variety of reputable contractors, such as Tri-State General, JE Hurley Construction, D-Square, SDV Construction, TL Services, MMM Plumbing Heating & Air, Duke Electric, Missouri Valley, Kiewet, and Emmitt Easter. As a leader within his industry, Del served as President of Panhandle Painting and Decorating Contractors of America. Del is now excited to have expanded his operation to include purchasing.

Joanie has over 25 years experience as a business owner and sales professional in her hometown area of Amarillo and Canyon, Texas. She earned her Bachelor of Arts from West Texas A&M. Joanie enjoys meeting new people, building business relationships, and actively anticipating customer needs.
